Aosta Valley in the last few years has made a good effort to create a new adventure terrain. the Via Ferrata. this special route so famous and classic in Dolomite is in Aosta valley as well. from Valtournenche, Val del Lys , or Valgrisenche and Val veny as well, there are a few nice and exiting Via Ferrata. Climb along a vertical ladder for 20 or 30 m is a bit scaring but exiting as well and doesn't need to be a climber to do this.

Val grisenche : Point Aouillette, 900m vertical, 5 hours included return . is possible to short cut in 2 points . a few m overhunging and a lon vertical section on the last part. Start 5 minuts on vwalk from the center of the village.

Valle del Lys 3 hours, 500m vertical gap, a couple of different route, good rout as introduction.

Valtournenche , Point Gorbeillon, with the view of Mattehorn is a fantastic route with a cable bridge that give a good taste of adrenaline, but no risk!
